Festiva Adventures® - Details of Participation
Eligibility
No one is excluded from visiting our properties or purchasing with Festiva Adventure Club®. You must meet certain financial qualifications and attend a minimum 120 minute timeshare sales presentation in order to participate in this promotion. If you do not attend the full presentation, the difference between the special package price and the currently published nightly rate for the applicable resort at that time, plus premium costs and taxes, will be charged to your credit card. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable package, which is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Must be age 25 or older. Minimum financial qualifications: household income of $50,000 USD and possess a major international credit card and a valid driver's license or state issued ID card. If married, living together, or engaged, couples must attend sales presentation together. Pets are not allowed on tour.
You may not participate in this promotion if you are currently a Festiva Adventure Club® owner, have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation, or have participated in a Festiva Adventure Club® promotion requiring attendance at a sales presentation: (i) within the last year at the property or properties promoted in this offer, or (ii) within the last six (6) months at any other Festiva Adventure Club® properties. Offer valid one per family only. No groups, consisting of more than one couple traveling together, permitted.
Williamsburg Travelers note special qualifications: If married, both husband and wife must tour together. Married couples shall be considered one Traveler. Cohabiting couples will be accepted as long as they meet all other married qualification requirements and can provide proof of same address. Cohabiting couples must tour together. Cohabiting couples shall be considered one Traveler. Both spouses/parties must be of legal age with a minimum age of 28. Both spouses/parties must show two forms of identification: one being a picture identification (a valid driver license or a valid state identification card with picture); and a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover) or an established checkbook at the time of Tour. (Debit Cards with Visa or Master Card Logo are NOT acceptable) Both spouses/parties have not visited the King’s Creek Plantation Project for the purposes of taking a Tour in the past 12 months prior to the scheduled Tour date. Both spouses/parties income of at least $50,000 (U.S.)
Accommodation Details
Reservations are on a space-available basis and are not guaranteed. Savings and available accommodations may vary by season. Standard value of accommodations: $199-$279/night. Offer is for a minimum two (2) night stay. Additional nights are available at a discounted rate of $129 per night under this promotion. Package includes accommodations only. All other charges, sales taxes, expenses, and the cost of travel are your sole responsibility and not included in this special rate. Holiday and high season rates may apply. Written confirmation required to check-in. If pet allowance is available the deposit is the responsibility of the customer.
Reservations
Full pre-payment using a major credit card is required. This is a non-refundable (after 24 hours), non-transferable advance purchase package. A $99 charge applies to each reservation change made within 72 hours of the check-in date. Reservation request must be completed no less than seven (7) days prior to check-in date. A $99 fee also applies in the case of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date. In the event of a change causing the cancellation of dates outside of three (3) days, prior to arrival, will result in package dates being left open and may be used within the remaining package life span, but will not result in refund of package price paid. This fee also applies to a no-show on the scheduled arrival date. Accommodations-only and Survey packages may require a refundable deposit be paid in advance. Where refund checks are not available, Festiva Adventure Club® reserves the right to substitute a $50 dining card.
Purpose of Promotion
Promotions requiring attendance at a sales presentation are for the purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation ownership. As a result of various state registration requirements, guests may not be eligible to purchase a vacation ownership interest in the project where the sales presentation occurs. Sponsor reserves the right to change this offer prior to purchase without notice. Offer not valid with any other promotional offer.
