Follow this simple four-step process to book your package, check-in, and save money with Festiva Adventures!
#1 - Submit your reservation request through our secure online system or call our Guest Services department to reserve your package
#2 - You will be able to download your confirmation package within 72 hours. This package contains your check-in information and directions to the Festiva welcome center
#3 - Upon arrival at your destination, you will check-in at our welcome center, where you will receive your hotel check-in voucher and directions.
#4 - During your stay at your destination, you will attend a short, 120-minute presentation meant to familiarize you with the vacation benefits available to members of Festiva Adventure Club. This no-obligation presentation will be scheduled upon arrival at the Welcome Center.
